maybe you are right man. All I remember is I let Impulse update,
and when I went ingame it said there’s a new patch out and you have to download it in order to further be able to play online (on the official servers of course).
Then I went to the Multiplayer menu and only the “Internet” option was available.

Now I bought the original game anyways, I just have a try before I buy policy
and if I like a game (and see the devs are not lazy, accept feedback
and bring out patches) then I support them and give my five cents for the effort
and because it’s worth it.

Okay I see wat he said that he did install it but didn’t work. Thanks for the clarification and thanks for the apology. I reinstalled the AVENGED to see maybe what I did but I can still use LAN… It still crashed on me so I’m sticking with RADiANCE but I have no idea what I did to it UNLESS the torrent I got was already patched. Which seems very possible but not at all likely. I just suguesst that people get a different vesion but considering there was a patch .93 over all the current releases .91 I suspect we will see more versions around soon.
LOL I think no DRM is the best protection the game makers can use these days. When there is little to crack people who hate DRM buy the game more and those who don’t get flooded with a million incompatable versions that everyone releases because it is easier to crack
PS GameRanger is a really good way to find matches for this and a few other games. Way better than Hamachi in my experence. Try it.

@robertrulez: what do you mean you had to “move some files”?
If you are claiming that something doesn’t work be more specific.

By the way comments on other places this landed indicate that it works for all people.
I did a full check with WinMerge and it confirmed that all files that are different in the RADiANCE release are the ones included in the “patch” (except some extra language files and the updated game readme).

@Blasz: If you read CAREFULLY what “the person who posted right after me” said you’ll see he actually said: I couldn’t *GET* the patch *TO WORK* with my Avenged Demigod. (**so he installed it, but didn’t get LAN to work**) What I mean is I COULD see and get into the LAN option (**he means after applying the patch of course**) but I couldn’t see any games while playing on hamachi……. There aren’t any “ghost stories” on PCs so please don’t tell me you had a LAN button from start when NOBODY else with the AVENGED release had one

Blasz, I’m sorry man, this is more of a 4chan phrase.

I just wonder how you had a “LAN” option in the multiplayer menu on the AVENGED release
without replacing the files with the updated ones. Isn’t LAN support written in the changelog
of that patch?

I’m sorry folks, I didn’t get to try it out on hamachi
and till now my only attempts to actually test the files
were on Garena… where it’s not officially supported.

I’ll try looking if I missed some file that is updated too…

good try 1ns0mn14 but it just doesnt work correctly i had to move some files from bin to make it work

i think im just going to stop bothering with this release and download radiance
