ARROW PROPER the previous DVDRip by ALLiANCE with the reason: “ALLiANCE release was once again taken from a shrinked dvd5 when the true source is a dvd9 that needs encoding to fit. We arent here to place blame but this also happened with Get Smart. See Proof jpgs.”, basically this is just a small quality boost on the ALLiANCE release, which is techinically against the TDX rules .  But they get away with this because they have found a fault with ALLiANCE’s source.  Video and audio are fine, what you’d expect from a DVDRip.
