Group SEPTiC is on a release frenzy. Here’s the 720p version of The Mist, the movie adaptation of Stephen King’s classic novella by the same name. Written, directed and produced by the man behind The Shawshank Redemption and The Green Mile, Frank Darabont – which is why I recommend you to watch it. High quality video combined with AC3 5.1 surround sound, will surely send shivers down your spine. Enjoy!

Synopsis: David Drayton (Thomas Jane) and his young son Billy (Nathan Gamble) are among a large group of terrified townspeople trapped in a local grocery store by a strange, otherworldly mist. David is the first to realize that there are things lurking in the mist…deadly, horrifying things…creatures not of this world. Survival depends on everybody in the store pulling together…but is that possible, given human nature? As reason crumbles in the face of fear and panic, David begins to wonder what terrifies him more: the monsters in the mist?or the ones inside the store, the human kind, the people that until now had been his friends and neighbors?

To tell the truth, I’am voiceless. The Shawshank Redemption is marvelous. I’am quite young movie fan, actually, this film came out whenI was very young, and thus I’am to a greater extent used to films with fabulous special effects, edge-of-your-seat action, et cetera. This film has no of that, and nevertheless, it appeals so closely to me . The way Frank Darabont uses the story of Red to drive on the tale, the excellent the soundtrack used (note the mouth harp used just before Red finding the letter at the end). The entire movie, from starting to finish, from actions to sound, is a beacon of desire, judgment, and repurchase. The cast is pure, Morgan Freeman(Red) really brings about a fresh feel to the tale, and that is exactly what the film is, what a film should be. Highly recommended for each and everyone.
