PUKKA pre’d a DVD rip for this not so long ago now SEPTiC are here with a 720p version.

Synopsis: When Virgil Cole and Everett Hitch arrive in Appaloosa, they find a town suffering at the hands of a rancher named Randall Bragg that means to own everything in it, and who has already left the city Marshall and one of his deputies dead. Cole and Hitch are used to cleaning up after scavengers, but this one raises the stakes by playing not by the rules, but with emotion. Cole and Hitch are hired to save the town from Bragg, but a young attractive widow arrives to complicate matters. Based on the novel by Robert B. Parker (creator of â€œSpencer for Hireâ€), this western delivers!

I really love your pre-db and the site’s nice too. I’m not complaining at all, because I really appreciate the pre-db.

I’m just wondering why lots of the 720p releases like this go into the TV category instead of x264? How could anyone mistake these BD releases for TV quite a few times?

Appaloosa.720p.Bluray.x264-SEPTiC was in the TV section, I swear it was. Maybe you think I meant scnscr.net, but I was referring to the pre-db.

I just looked and Appaloosa is now in x264. I searched for bluray in the TV section and couldn’t find any others, but I know I’ve noticed it 5-10 times. I use the pre-db a lot and I know I’ve been browsing the TV section and see new 720p Movie releases. I guess they get moved to x264.

Obviously it’s really no big deal at all.

tried to watch this after watching “deadwood” seasons 1-3 … i couldnt do it. the c**k suckers didnt even curse once. ed, viggo, jeremy and renee although fine actors, seemed restrained by a tired script. sorry, 2 out of 10 tinstars.

fingerlings – the problem you have noticed is due to mislabled pres that are coming in to our pre from outside, we have a group of users including axe and zeroday who put a lot of time and effort into correcting these and relabbling the pres into correct categories. Obviously because we are relying on volunteers doing this manually in their spare time you might occaisonally spot a pre before its corrected but bare with it and think of the guys who are putting in all that effort to keep our database in order.
