TRADINGSTANDARDS seem to have found the same source as various other groups, and are now also jumping on the VHS screener bandwagon. This new release is of Finding Amanda, which is scheduled for release on the 27th of June, and thus this is a nice early screener, which we don’t see too often these days. The quality is what you would expect from a VHS… a bit of a grainy picture and a full screen resolution, but definetly watchable, and just regular audio.

In this dark comedy from Peter Tolan (RESCUE ME), Matthew Broderick stars as Taylor Peters, a TV writer who has seen better days. Addictions to gambling and drinking have led to the destruction of his career and marriage, but he thinks he can save himself if he helps find his soon-to-be-ex-wife’s niece who has run off…to Las Vegas. Here’s a Fullscreen SCR of comedy Drillbit Taylor which stars Owen Wilson. Quality looks somewhat crappy as it is FS, but for a film of this type it is probably tolerable.

Synopsis: Ryan, Wade and Emmit attend their first day at high school and they’re pumped until they meet up with Filkins, a school bully who comes off like a little Hannibal Lecter.
