Group EPiSODE just pre’d a dvdrip of the movie “The Donor Conspiracy”. Looks like a low-budget movie judging from the trailer but IMBd gave it a 6.3/10. Might be worth the grab!

This independent film is a dark comedy that tells the story of two brilliantly talented but behaviorally challenged medical students. The fraternity style feature movie begins when the interns are expelled from medical school for planting an electric penis inside a cadaver during their dean’s final instructional operation exam. Out of school and out of luck, and in the middle of the night, they are visited by Rosalie, their apartment building neighbor, who pleads with them for help as her husband is bleeding to death in the apartment below.

What follows is the two friends’ discovery of a kidney harvest ring run by the Mafioso thug, ‘Hector the Plunger’ (Miguel Martinez) and no matter how hard they resist partaking, through mishap and circumstance they keep sinking deeper and deeper into the web of deceit and black-market body snatching.
