The final episode of Torchwood season 2 got Pre’d only moments ago and it is a sad moment for the fans as they have to wait a long time before season 3 gets aired. It is one of those series you either hate or love and I’m one of those people who love it.
Some will know this series and others won’t. Note that Torchwood is an anagram for Doctor Who.
So far no news about a nuke and I hope it’ll stay that way.

Synosis :
Torchwood, a spin-off from the popular sci-fi show Doctor Who, follows a group of investigators working for the secret organisation of the same name. Set in Cardiff, the team specialise in alien technology that has landed on Earth, and crime, whether it be alien or human. The mysterious Captain Jack Harkness is the leader of the equally mysterious Torchwood, and vows to guard humanity against alien threats. Curious PC Gwen Cooper accidentally discovers the group, and soon becomes entangled in a series of events. This leads up to her being hired, and becoming involved in the exciting affairs of the organisation. Together with medic, Owen Harper, and the gadgets expert, Toshiko Sato, the four explore the thrilling world of Torchwood.

Released days before the store date FNT brings us Punk Goes Crunk.
An album filled with all kind of punk/metal/rock groups covering rap/hip-hop songs.
I just downloaded this album as the album name left me with some question marks. Note that I didn’t google it first and listen to it first before I looked it up. If you love hip-hop and the punk/rock genre then this album will appeal to you.
Nothing really original about covering old songs and cross mixing them with another genres but this album is worthwhile to listen to.
If you want to hear some samples first before downloading it then go to the MySpace site first as it has the full tracks available in their player. Follow the Website link provided here.
So get your Bling Bling out and time to blow up some woofers in your car.

Thank you, vBm, for reminding me of this great release.
JUST released this live set/album the other day by Lenny Kravitz. It is recorded March 2008 by Canal+ in France. The quality of the Mp3 and the show given by Lenny Kravitz are excellent. It has only one downside in my eyes that it is one mp3 but JUST provided us with a Cue so we can rip it to separate tracks. There is an announcer at the beginning and ending of this rip but during the show there are no announcements so you can enjoy it to the max.
Lenny’s live set has some songs from his new album, It Is Time for a Love Revolution, as well as the old classics like “Always on the run” and “Let love rule”.

The artist name is a bit misleading. My first thought was Metal but it is Dark Psytrance.
I’ve listened to this release and I’m not sure what to think of it.
It is Psytrance but the artist is influenced by Drum and Bass (DnB) but I can also hear influences from Hardhouse.
The BPM is pretty high for Psytrance so you peeps who love to hear fast beats mixed with some breakbeats will most likely enjoy this.
This release contains 2 tracks by Master Pain and one Remix track of a song by Xikwri Neyrra

This show is being aired for the last 5-6 years now. The first time I heard this show it was on ID&T radio when I was still living in The Hague.
A State of Trance (ASOT) was first aired in March 2001.
It provides the Progressive/Trance listeners the latest tunes that are being released, or produced, by well know DJ’s and groups all mixed together by Armin van Buuren.
Armin started as DJ in the Nexus, Leiden, back in 1995 where he had to play long DJ sets. As he stated more than once “Don’t be a prisoner of your own style” which shows in his current, and past, work.
I just finished listening to it, which my neighbours don’t like too much, and it is another great show this week. For those of you living in Belgium, or close enough to it, on the first of May there will be a live gig of this show in Antwerp. Free admission but as with the 300th episode you need to be there early to get in there as it will be full in no time.
More info available on his website if you want to know where you need to be.
This weeks show turned up in the Pre not too long ago and was ripped by DGN but by the time I post this there will be more than one release available.
As I downloaded a different version than by DGN so I can’t provide you with the NFO link. Sorry for that.

I’m the new music editor for SceneSource.
Some will know me from IRC and for those who don’t here’s a bit about me.
I’m a performing digital artist, mainly as Video Jockey, living in the lowlands of Europe. The Netherlands.
As I said in the first line I’ll be writing about music but if there’s a good Anime release don’t be surprised if it shows up on this site too.
I’ll be posting about Electronic, or Technological, music as that genre of music is what I listen to the most. Goa/Psytrance, Trance, Industrial, Acid and the likes of that but that doesn’t mean I won’t be posting about other genre’s too.
Music is very important for me as I listen to more music than I watch television. To be precise…I kicked out my TV cable connection as it got pretty boring for me with what I saw on it.
When possible I’ll try to provide you with working links so you can download the release I’ve posted about.
Enough about me and time to add some music to this site.
