When my pc wakes up from standby, its not activated.

You have to use other crack to proper activation.

I have installed the x64 OEM DVD-BIE on a partitioned HD. I checked the activation and it was working. But after some time it made me worry when I saw that I “only have 23 days to activate”. I wondered what went wrong. But for a week of using it, the only problem I had is that whenever I start the pc, it asks for the installer cd because it can not find the file “Windows….”. ( I don’t remember exactly). I can ignore it though and continue opening Windows.After sometime, I realized that whenever I don’t place DVD on the drive before turning on, that is when it doesn’t activate. So from now on, my routine is to place the dvd whenever I turn on or restart my PC.

Is there any fix for this or any tweaking that I could do, please help. I already have installed all my programs and it would be a hassle to reinstall everything on a unpartitioned hard drive… And I don’t want to place the DVD everytime I turn it on.

Anyway, this version really Rocks! \m/ … Previously I was using Vista Ultimate, but this is a lot better!

So, does anybody know what the BIE group did to the install.wim file in the sources directory? Its about 100mb smaller than the real one from a retail disk.

Also, does anybody know what the bie7_inst.exe file does exactly? I know it does somthing with the system reserved partition, weather its doing somthing to the windows bootloader or not I dont know.

Anybody with any information please let me know, I dont like installing stuff when I’m not one hundered percent sure what it does (bie7…exe) or what has been removed (install.wim).

Oh, the irony that I’m posting this message from the 32bit bie release.

cyberdude is right i have this version on vmware is defo 7 ultimate the green bar maybe something to do with the fact that 7 and vista share a few things logically!! BIE are one of the most trusted scene groups imho dont bash what you dont get (for free!!!!)

and do you know vista kernel is 6.0 but windows 7 kernel is 6.1?

btw, i can install, using vmware & install directly in my computer without having a problem. you guys should study it. and wise man said, if you’re n00b, don’t download pirated one, but BUY THE ORIGINAL. because this pirated copy is not suitable to beginner, n00bies, or person who can EXPLORE or study.

alright so I’ve been following up with all the betas for win7, and i realized something funny with this BIE release. These guys are proper with their vistas, but if anyone did install the previous betas, they will know what im talking about.

Basically when you pop in this DVD, and it loads setup, the SETUP BAR on the BETAS used to be the Win7 Look with flashing windows….but in this BIE Win7 release its the same as Vistas green barr loading. Now im just thinking these guys did a full skin over the vista and released as win7. Because this is running perfectly fine on my brothers computer and looks exactly like every beta i’ve seen n what not but if its still Vista core OS..then its still going to slow and shit.

I need some supreme smartness comments added to this lol, BTW awesome website, dont download from here but in terms of getting the latest news on whats out – you guys rock!

Hmmmmm. Anyone else having a problem getting this DVD to boot? I burned with Magic ISO and Alcohol 120%. Been doing this for years and I can\’t figure this one out it should boot. If I put my Vista DVD in there it boots. Damn!
