Group iAPULA release this South Korea Movie (Chinjeolhan geumjassi) earlier today. Looking at the stats its seems to have a good rating over at IMDB (7.8/10) with over 10,000 votes. Clean ac3 sound (not that it will really matter as the language is mixed up of Korean, English and Japanese ) But overall a nice release:).

Plot:In this even-handed exposé, former broadcast journalist Justin Hunt examines meth use throughout the Western US, traveling from Portland, OR to Roswell, N.M., and a number of blue-collar stops in between. Narrated by Val Kilmer, who played a meth-addicted musician in 2002′s The Salton Sea, the director backtracks to the birth of amphetamine in the late-1800s, which leads to methamphetamine in the early-1990s before returning to the present (as fellow New Mexico resident Kilmer notes, Adolf Hitler was a regular user). For the most part, Hunt focuses on addicts, police officers, politicians, health providers, and social workers. As one man, who lost a friend to the drug, poetically laments, “It’s the devil’s serum, and it leads you nowhere but into hell.” Kalispell Police Chief Frank Garner agrees. As he puts it, “There is nothing good to say about it, and all the bad stuff you’ve heard is true.” He adds that meth is “worse than all the other things I’ve seen come before it.” Hunt concludes by spending two weeks with James and Holly, a New Mexico couple battling addiction while raising four children. Rejoice, for the first English version of the new Indiana Jones movie, The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull has been pre’d by KAMERA. Harrison Ford is back, with alot of big names around him, to give us one last indy adventure. This has received great reviews from critics and viewers alike, and barring any nukes, this will be well worth the download. Have a look at the snaps for quality, as I haven’t had the chance to view this as of posting. As per shiny’s whinging, I have viewed the snaps, I would say the video is quite crappy, looking too bright and blue, and also looks slightly off centre… Audio sounds nice and clear, not much else to say about it. Another B grade horrror has hit the scene in the shape of a chair… “The Chair”. Group iNTiMiD are first to release this, and to although the rating at IMDB is high, it’s only got 20-something votes and from what I’ve seen looks quite corny and boring. But if you love VOMiT releases then you’ll like this.

Group Arisco dropped this a few hours ago. With a 6.2 IMDB rating, it seems tempting on a boring Thursday afternoon. English subs included.
